What We Provide
We manufacture precision metal and plastic products from a variety of materials including but not limited to: Mild Steel, 12L14, 303 Stainless, 416 Stainless, Aluminum, Brass, Stressproof, Steel Tubing, Teflon, PTFE, Delrin AF, Ultima 1000, Nylon 6-6, UHMW PE, Acetal Plastics, and more. We specialize in precision metal and plastic turning and have the capabilities to handle a wide range of material and order sizes.
Our skilled machinists and 50 Brown & Sharpe Screw Machines are the backbone of our operation. These tried and true machines allow us to manufacture parts at a high rate of speed while maintaining the precision and quality our customers expect. We also operate several CNC and Swiss style precision lathes.
